The skipper who was eleventh in the last Vend\u00e9e Globe is looking for partners to support it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALVA YACHTS<\/strong>, a German luxury yacht company, has announced the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1_3zkFS-ZbyJAs4KOAPedfgan3K33ImfP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">launch of a new Imoca<\/a>\u00a0for\u00a0<strong>J\u00f6rg Riechers<\/strong>\u00a0for the Vend\u00e9e Globe 2024, which it will fund. The design will be a collaboration between\u00a0<strong>Farr Yacht Design<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Etienne Bertrand<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Guillaume Dupont\u00a0<\/strong>and the boat will be built at\u00a0<strong>Trimarine<\/strong>, in Lisbon. The German skipper is now looking for partners to help fulfil the operating budget.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE MINI TRANSAT EUROCHEF<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>2021<\/strong>, initially limited to 84 skippers,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.minitransat.fr\/en\/news\/la-mini-transat-eurochef-2021-souvre-a-90-coureurs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">will finally be open to 90<\/a>, the organizers have announced, facing up to very strong demand.
